Did you purchased a home? Or do you want to renovate or are you considering refinancing your mortgage? Then you need a NWWI validated valuation report. This is a report in which the appraiser officially and independently determines the value of the house and which has been validated by the Netherlands Housing Value Institute (NWWI). Marian Verhoef of Morgen Makelaardij is a Registered Real Estate Appraiser and registered with the NRVT and Stichting VastgoedCert. Our valuations are recognized by all lenders.

Make an appointment

Inspection of the property

The appraiser will visit the property for inspection and assess the quality of the house. This visit takes approximately 1 hour.

Preparing a valuation report

We prepare the valuation report. The house will be extensively assessed and compared with relevant references to arrive at a valuation of the property. Morgen Makelaardij is an NVM member, which means that we have access to the most recent transaction information. The NWWI will validate the report. After that the report will become available to you and can be used for a mortgage application.
